Also known as loading dock ramp, widely used in loading docks in Charlotte including
Concord, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Huntersville, Mooresville, Lake Wylie, Weddington, and
Davidson, all logistics centers, warehouses and dispatch areas of factories. In most cases,
the container floor of the truck will not be on the same level as the loading dock floor. And
this leads to that, forklifts or trolley can not be used to load or unload goods into containers.
It will take much labor to move the goods by hand. This will be very low efficient.
But with having a loading dock leveler, such a problem with be solved perfectly for your
business. The hydraulic leveler offered by Overhead Door of Charlotte, a Division of
DuraServ Corp., will be placed into a pre-built concrete pit on the loading bay. A hydraulic
motor drives the platform up and down, realizing a seamless joint between room ground
and truck floor. Then, forklifts or trolleys can transfer goods quickly on the dock leveler
platform. Thus it improves the loading and unloading efficiency obviously and also saves a
lot of labor. Now let's read on the features and qualities of Autodok H Series and HP
Hydraulic Leveler.
Typical Applications of Hydraulic Dock Leveler:
· Warehousing
· Distribution
· Logistics
· Engineering
· Chemical Industries
· Light Industry
The McGuire Autodok® H Series Leveler
Utilizes a hydraulic operation with push-button activation. The dock attendant simply
depresses and holds the raise button on the dock controls, which raises the leveler and
extends the lip automatically. Releasing the raise button will permit the leveler to float
down to the bed of the trailer. The standard lip is 16 (18” on 75,000 and 100,000 lb.
capacities) and the operating range is 12” above and 12” below dock level. The platform is
designed to compensate for canted truck beds up to 4” and remain flush with the dock floor.
The platform and lip move up and down under constant hydraulic pressure.
SAFETY FEATURES
